    Great! Just a few minor things...

    Convenient location. Friendly. Mostly clean.

    Some parts weren't cleaned well. Toilet roll holder in main bathroom has something on it that looked like jam. Bathroom cabinet had what looked like the protective lining from the bottom half of a bikini stuck to it. And the walls in every room were covered in black fingerprints and drip stains. All minor things though.

    Location and comfortable

    The sink in the bathroom drains very slowly and the soap suds from the shower came up the drain in the floor and I was told by staff that I would get help from them for my older sister because of being given a loft apartment that they would help with the baggage but no assistance was given whatsoever
