    חוויה מזעזעת ומאכזבת מאוד. רבע שעה בלבד לפני שהגענו לדירה קיבלנו הודעה שההזמנה שלנו מבוטלת, בטענה שהאורחים שהיו בדירה לפנינו גרמו לנזק ולכן הם נאלצים לבטל לנו ברגע האחרון. היינו כבר בדרך לתל אביב והגענו במיוחד בשביל אירוע שהיה לנו בשעה מסוימת. בעקבות הביטול הפתאומי ברגע האחרון נאלצנו להתחיל לחפש מקום חלופי תחת לחץ עצום, ובסופו של דבר כל העיכובים והבלגן שנגרמו לנו בגללם גרמו לכך שהאירוע שכל כך חיכינו להגיע אליו פשוט התפספס. זה פשוט חוסר אחריות וחוסר התחשבות מוחלט באורחים. לא ייתכן שמבטלים לאנשים הזמנה רבע שעה לפני ההגעה בגלל בעיה שאין להם שום קשר אליה, משאירים אותם בלי מקום לישון, ובנוסף גורמים להם לפספס אירוע חשוב שהם הגיעו במיוחד בשבילו. והדבר החמור ביותר הוא שעד עכשיו הכסף שלנו עדיין לא הוחזר לנו! ביטלו לנו את ההזמנה ברגע האחרון, גרמו לנו לעוגמת נפש, ללחץ ולהוצאות ולבלגן מיותר, ועדיין לא קיבלנו את הכסף שלנו בחזרה. חוויה מאוד לא מקצועית ומאכזבת. אני ממש לא ממליץ להזמין אצלם, כי אי אפשר לדעת אם ההזמנה שלכם תבוטל ברגע האחרון ותישארו בלי מקום לינה, תפספסו את התוכניות שלכם ועדיין תצטרכו לרדוף אחרי הכסף שלכם

    The interiors and its big. Two toilets

    The place says it has shelter but there is none. The biggest stress for us is the water supply. A lady from downstairs keep on turning it off. Although it is not the properties fault, but they should have resolved this on both ends. And the other rooms aircondition is not working.

    Could be better

    The location

    Our stay at this apartment was extremely disappointing. There was almost no water pressure, and even after leaving the water heater on for hours, there was still no hot water. During our entire two-day stay we were unable to properly shower or even wash our faces. In addition, none of the air conditioners worked on heating mode except the one in the living room, so the bedrooms were very cold at night. The worst part was the lack of service. We reported the issues but were told that no one could come fix them, meaning there was effectively no support at all. Despite these serious problems, the host also refused to offer any compensation. Overall, a very poor experience and a clear lack of maintenance and responsibility toward guests.
