Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit Ausstattung war gut und hat für eine Woche Urlaub vollkommen ausgereicht. Mit dem Vermieter konnten wir uns gut verständigen.
Der Gartenbereich hätte ein wenig einladener sein können...fehlende Tischtesnnisbälle z.B... Was aber unseren Aufenthalt nicht verschlechtert hatte.....Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit... Vielen Dank

Excellent place to rest
I really liked the house—it was exactly as pictured: very cozy and fully equipped, with everything looking brand new. The outdoor hot tub was wonderful; the days weren't too hot, and since it cooled down a bit at night, it was absolutely delightful. It’s located very close to Universal (about 15 minutes away) and Hollywood, and is a one-hour drive from Disney (with traffic). The street itself is quiet and pleasant.
Basically, we liked everything; just note that the driveway is shared—if there are many cars, some will have to park on the street (which is very quiet).

We had a wonderful stay in this house! My children absolutely loved it. The place is brand new, very clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The host is very friendly and was incredibly responsive to all our questions. We highly recommend it!
