Had a wonderful 11 day stay. The Adorabal New Studio had everything I needed and a well equipped kitchen. Hosts are friendly and welcoming. I would return if I need to travel to their area again. Highly recommend staying hear.

This was my second stay for a week, once in the Spring and again in late summer. The property is conveniently located in a very nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The studio is well equipped and very cozy. The washer and dryer came in handy on both stays. Communication with the owner/host was always prompt and responsive. The bottom line is I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend considering this property.
The street the property is on is sometimes very busy. I'm sure this is why speed bumps were installed. Parking in the designated spot may or may not be available depending on who is visiting the main house. It is available on the street. Because this studio is underneath a garage, it can feel damp and cool at times, which can be corrected by turning on the heat. I don't consider these deal breakers; these are minor, yet I felt it needed to be noted.

This is a well-maintained property in a desirable neighborhood. The apartment is very clean and having a washer and dryer was a nice bonus. I highly recommend it, and if available, I will rent it again.
This was our first experience renting an Airbnb so I have nothing to compare it to. If they are all like this then I have nothing to dislike.
