    Little gem in Little Havana

    It was the perfect size of apartment for myself. I was able to use the cooking facilities and huge fridge. Everything worked -air con, television, shower etc

    Could hear the neighbours if they were loud.

    I had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was neat and well-maintained, and having a large fridge was a big plus. Everything was as expected, and the accommodation was a good choice for my stay in Miami. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for money. I would recommend it!

    There's absolutely nothing to like about this experience! The property sent me an email proposing to relocate us to another apartment, which I explicitly refused. Despite this, they lied to Booking.com's customer service agent by claiming that they've never sent such email or planning to relocate me. I have all the evidence to prove that this is not true.

    Even worse, my husband was left stranded outside despite having a valid reservation, simply because the property failed to take the necessary information into account. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism, honesty, and respect for their guests. I have kept all the evidence, including the email correspondence, and I am prepared to provide it to prove what really happened. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this property.
