    Pas cher, mais ....

    Appartement au 2e étage sans ascenseur, facile d accès en tram (12 minutes de la gare, plusieurs fois par heure), supermarché à 5 min a pied, lave linge, ventilateur et wifi,check in et out facile.

    Situé au dessus d une cour d école et d un terrain de basket, il y a du bruit et de la musique de 8h à 22h. De plus, il est impossible de couper la lumière de l extérieur car il y a uniquement des petits stores intérieurs et un rideau qui laisse passer la lumière. Le balcon était inutilisable car envahi de guêpes (nids sur la facade) et le mobilier extérieur était vermoulu. Le ménage était également limite (four sale par ex). Une explication pour la gestion des déchets aurait été appréciée !

    Gerne wieder

    Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung für unsere Städtereise, zumal wir unsere Räder dabei hatten. In fünf Minuten waren wir in der Innenstadt und das nächste Lebensmittelgeschäft war eine Minute entfernt. Nachts sehr ruhig was einen gemütlichen Abend und eine erholsame Nacht ermöglicht. Balkon zum Hinterhof, auf welchem man einen warmen Abend in Ruhe verbringen kann. Kostenfreie öffentlich Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.

    Duschvorhang könnte erneuert und der Heizkörper gestrichen werden.
