    Location was great.

    Beds were comfortable but small. Also without air conditioning and being close to the Advocates close, there is a lot of foot traffic in the evenings and people talking which comes right through the window to the late hours of the night.

    Great location!

    Plenty of room could have done with extra towels for four nights as couldn't dry towels if washed. Perhaps a small table in the courtyard.

    Fantastic host and an ideal apartment for a comfortable stay in Edinburgh.

    Fantastic location. Could not be better. A couple of minutes to the castle and lots of attractions and restaurants in easy walking distance. Very well equipped for a long comfortable stay. The host allowed us to drop off our cases prior to official check in time.

    As our stay was in the middle of August the city was extremely busy with the Tattoo and Fringe. This resulted in the bedroom that overlooks the steps being very noisy into the early ours and on one of our evenings a couple of people were enjoying a smoke of something quite wacky outside the window at 2.30 in the morning. This is just an observation and we would happily book the property again.

    Very close to all attractions, clean, spacious and warm. Staff efficient at sorting out a couple of minor issues when asked.

    Could be noisy at night when people passing through alleyway.
