    We had a view of the ocean from our balcony. Did not like the murphy bed. Would have been better just to have a regular bed and mattress. TV not working when we arrived, took two days to get another one. Water heater was not sufficient for two hot showers in a row.

    On the beach practically. Good options of food nearby. Grocery store nearby. But would suggest hitting the costco before driving to the property. A food truck park is right next door with variety of options. Property is a bit on the older side but overall neat and clean. Plenty of parking on premise. No restaurant onsite but can goto food truck park or other close by restaurants including the ones in resort next door.
