Fabulous Chania, full of history and surprises.
Aelia apartments are the perfect place to stay in the Old Town Chania. Our host Alexander was so welcoming and was so willing to share his favourite restaurants and shops with us. He really couldn't do enough for us. On our arrival there were home made biscuits and fruit in our apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was very well equipped, right down to an umbrella. It is located in a lane behind one of the busier streets, away from the hustle and bustle, but walkable to everything that the Old Town has to offer. Perfect also for the Marina district. If we ever return to Chania we would stay here without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Above and beyond all expectations!
What a wonderful stay we had! Aelia Apartments was a perfect choice - full of light, equipped with everything a traveller might need, and located steps away from all the main points of interest in Chania. And although we're used to Greek hospitality, we were amazed with how welcome our host made us feel, from the very first moment. It all started with enabling early check in at no extra cost, and a little tour of Splantzia square on the first morning. A selection of fruit from the host's garden, a bottle of raki to toast, a surprise cake... we were treated like old friends rather than just guests! We could count on the host's help for all the logistics we needed during the stay - taxi to/from the airport, sun umbrellas for the beach, a car rental, and of course some great recommendations for good local restaurants. We loved everything about our stay - if ypu're lucky enough to have one of Aelia apartments available, this is THE place to stay!

Amazing jewel...
The location was great, the owner Alexander and his wife were very nice and gave me info about the area, taxi , received me with fruits, cookies and drink, alse have water in the fridge. The apartment was awesome, very clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

Very comfortable stay
The attention from Alexander and staff was excellent, very welcoming and gave us great recommendations for Chania and surrounding areas. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment has everything required for your stay, kitchen and bathroom are well equipped, the bed was very comfortable and the location is right in the edge of the main eating, drinking and shopping areas. Also a 10 minute walk to the local beach, but is tucked away in a courtyard so noise is not a problem at night. There are only 3 apartments, so definitely not overcrowded. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Alexander.
