    We are vey content with our stay and happy to recommend to others

    The apartment has good location for food , shops . You can choose the local market or the retail store around the area . The host is very helpful ad replies quickly to any question and assistance . Staff in the building are very helpful ..

    I believe the room needs regular aerating due to it being closed all the time . As soon as you walk inside the room , there is a musky smell .So we open the door to the balcony just to let the fresh air in .. There are two lovely coffee cups in the cupboard which we have used . Unfortunately, one is chipped on the lip . When our coffee or drink becomes cold, we are unable to put in the microwave as it may generate a spark due to its gold trimmed handle . I suggest replace the cups with non metallic trims in case the guest put them in the microwave and create a spark ..

    Overall, it was a great unit, and I will definitely stay here agian if it's available on the dates I'm in Manila

    The location of the property is ideal, as the building itself includes a mall and several restaurants. If you find yourself out late at night, there is also a convenience store nearby. Additionally, it is close to the Greenfield district, perfect for those looking to relax. The unit is equipped with a reliable internet connection, a refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker, and a water heater. The bathroom features a functioning shower with a heater as well.

    The space is clean, though not sparkling clean, which is understandable since the manager may not have enough time for thorough checks. If you prefer, you can clean it yourself, as the cleaning supplies are readily available. Additionally, there is minimal damage, such as to the cabinet.
