  The location of the villa is perfect for visiting Lindos... The villa was clean...

  The villa being described as luxury is not really the words that I would use.. phoned the vendor as one of the TV's was broken . No idea on any of the others as we didn't try them.. The kettle in the kitchen wouldn't switch off, the sunbeds were missing bolts and weren't very safe.. The vendor turned up.. replaced the TV and tightened up the bolts on the sunbeds .. but did nothing about the kettle.. The cushions on the outside furniture were very soiled from previous use.. The kitchen wasn't very equipped, 2 mugs for 6 people .. The oven wasn't very easy to use. There was no frying pan to fry eggs, The swimming pool turned light swimwear and inflatables green over time.. even after washing the swimwear it wouldn't come out.. A broom would be handy to sweep inside and outside of the villa.. The patio needed a good jet wash as it was covered in rust stains... A few things need attention to bring this villa up to a luxury standard as advertised...

  A perfect relaxing getaway with private swimming pool near Lindos, Rhodes

  We had a wonderful and relaxing girls' trip in Rhodes. The location was peaceful, away from the crowds but still close to Lindos. The property was well equipped, with a lovely private swimming pool and a welcome guest package on arrival - consisting of water, bread, cheese, wine, etc. The kitchen was also well equipped with cooking and dining utensils, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, olive oil, honey, etc. Our host Natalie was informative, attentive, always available, and excellent at communicating throughout our stay. As we didn't hire a car, the nearest supermarket in Lindos was 25-30 minute walk away, but overall, we had a lovely experience and would highly recommend this property.

  It is a very quiet and gate community so you have to make sure noise levels are kept at minimum mainly during early and late hours.

  The villa is beautiful, we had a comfortable stay

  Outside space, pool, shade, sun loungers. Pool was cleaned more than once during our stay, cleaners came once in a two week stay.

  Lack of soap, body wash etc I would expect at a ‘luxury’ property, coffee pods would have been welcome and a few essentials. A few finishing touches as others have commented on would make a difference. Communication was zero with host, it took over an hour and lots of phone calls to gain access, not sure if this was the host at fault or booking.com as was not able to talk to a person at booking.com just AI which was not fit for purpose. Phone number given for host was ineffective.
