The great location, comfortable bed, and well-equipped kitchen were positives, but numerous maintenance issues, excessiv
The apartment is in a good location, approximately a 15-minute walk from the city centre, with several grocery stores nearby. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped.
My room was located directly next to the building’s main entrance, so I could hear everyone coming and going. The entrance door frequently got stuck and had to be forced open or closed, causing some guests to slam it shut. The noise was so loud that it made my entire room shake. The soundproofing was also poor, and conversations from the street and inside the building were clearly audible inside the room. Temperature control was another problem. I stayed in October, when temperatures varied, but I couldn’t adjust the heating myself and had to contact the owner to have it turned on. Some mornings I woke up freezing, while on other nights I was sweating under the blanket. The shower had very low water pressure, meaning I had to stand directly beneath the showerhead to get enough water. The windows and blinds were also faulty. When I closed the street-facing windows, the upper panel would slide down, preventing me from locking them normally. I had to manually reposition the panels to secure the windows. The blinds in my room were stuck in the lowered position and couldn’t be raised, so I couldn’t properly control the amount of daylight entering the room. There was also a window facing the building’s main entrance, fitted with Venetian blinds that had broken sections. This meant people outside could see into the apartment, compromising privacy. At night, the exterior lights also shone directly into the room. There were also a few noticeable patches and marks on the walls and ceiling, so it looked like some areas hadn’t been finished or repaired very well. They didn’t really bother me, but other guests might notice them.

Not a bad place to stay
Its location
It was very stuffy and hot and we couldn’t control the temperature. Windows don’t open. Also it was dirty under the bed with pills and socks

Fine but I wouldn’t stay again.
I stayed for a work conference at the convention center, and it was a very easy walk between them. There’s a full-sized grocery store five minutes away which was handy. The bed was very comfortable with a memory foam mattress topper. I was at the very top and there was a nice open view (city open, obviously) off the balcony. I stayed for 5 nights on my work’s dime and another two on my own.
The kitchen, bathroom, floors and bedding were clean, but everything else was grubby in an unpleasant way. The blinds and fan were dusty, there’s marks on the walls, no battery cover on the remote… it was the kind of grubbiness you might not mind at your own house, but is very off-putting in a hotel. The WiFi wasn’t consistently strong enough for me to work from my room. The ironing board was broken, and even after two requests for a replacement I didn’t get one. I did get a non-requested iron replacement which turned out to be a good thing because the one in the room didn’t work after all: the old one wasn’t removed, so I tried using it first. Weed smell drifted in through the closed windows on the first night, and I could hear the laundry as if it were in my room. In all, it was a perfectly tolerable stay and the location is convenient, but I was disappointed and very ready to go home when my stay was over.

The property was very nice. The room layout was spacious. The shower was huge. Very clean. Great location within the city.
Not being familiar with the area, the location was rather hard to find because literally five streets come together, but as soon as we figured it out, it made it easier for future parking
