    This place is perfect for several days in Florence.

    It is perfectly located in oltr’arno, the room is comfortable, and Marco is a kind host. The area, only a five minute walk from the center, is more quiet and a real neighborhood.

    Nothing at all and I would stay there again.

    I would go back.

    Clean and bright. Loved the area. Comfy bed. Good shower. Helpful host.

    One mosquito that wrought havoc on my face. Probably shouldn’t have opened the window.

    Great

    This guest house was perfect!! The location is actually very close. Easy walking distance of most everything in the city. Even for me being sick with a cold or flu i was easily able to get around but i admit i was lazy a couple times and took a taxi a few times. Host was amazing and he was so helpful. I think the walls are likely thin and i feel awful about my horrible barking cough. Im sure the other guests are glad i am gone now. I had a great stay despite being sick. Room is actually quite large which is nice to have i guess but not necessary. I feel like there was so much more i wanted to do but had very little energy due to being sick.

    Sehr angenehm

    Das Zimmer ist schön groß, die Matratze sehr bequem und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist wirklich angenehm, wenn man diese Seite des Arnos mag. In der Nähe gibt es viele gute Restaurants und eine Bar mit Livemusik (NOF - eat&drink). Zu Fuß sind viele schöne Plätze innerhalb von ca. 15min gut erreichbar und wir waren gerne zu Fuß unterwegs. Wir haben uns in dieser Gegend immer wohl und auch sicher gefühlt. Marco, der Vermieter, ist wirklich äußerst bemüht, hilfsbereit und vorausdenkend. Er hat uns immer wieder mit vielen guten Informationen versorgt und war so freundlich uns ein Zimmer mit einem größeren Bett zu geben. Evtl. wichtig zu wissen: Das Apartment liegt im 2. Stock ohne Lift. Wir würden das Apartment wieder buchen und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

    Marco was very kind and met me at the property to go over everything. He was nice and professional.

    The room had everything needed to cook if needed. Very nice

    Nothing, everything was fine. It was not a far walk to the main Train Station also.
