The place was safe & secure. Customer service was exceptional.
The host- Pearl - was very friendly & helpful. She went over & beyond assisting me with all the information & assistance I needed. There was a guard by the entrance of the building making it secure & safe.
There were no elevators or escalators making it difficult to carry my heavy luggage to my room & down the stairs. There was no microwave available. My room was located close to a busy street hence the loud noise & constant rocking of the refrigerator placed on a stand.

Very BASIC! I’ve had WAY better same price.
Very basic, 2 perks: 1. The AC and fan kept it cool. 2. Netflix
5 flights of stairs and Manila NOISE! Also, the last day the neighbors showed up… WOW… So LOUD!!
