  I have stayed at Afife Apart many times; it's a very comfortable apartment right on the beach, managed by Mr. Fırat and his wife. It's a very attentive family business, extremely clean, and has its own private beach. Plus, the view is as far as Samosa itself. I definitely recommend it.

  Disappointing. Old, tired and not very clean.

  This flat was very disappointing. Located adjacent to a narrow beach, a bakery and restaurant with free on street parking nearby, the place is at a fairly noisy road turning. The wi-fi was reasonable but a bit slow. Access is up three flights of twisting stairs. It does have a sea view but inside it is old, tired and not very clean. The details given are also misleading as there is no tumble dryer, no oven and no iron. Some of the saucepans are broken and the crockery is chipped. The bedroom is very cramped with only walking space on one side of the bed and the bed linen was old and worn. There is no toaster, no draining space for washing up, no spare bed linen nor towels, not much toilet tissue and the bathroom is stained. The lighting in the lounge is poor with only one of the three main bulbs working. The owner needs to spend some money on the place – refurbishing the flat, reducing the unnecessary number of glasses, replacing the crockery (and reducing the amount of it) replacing the odd worn mugs with matching new ones and tidying up the bathroom and bedroom. He needs to evaluate what visitors need – and remove unnecessary clutter. We stayed for eight nights and paid £850 - which is far too much for an apartment of this poor quality.
