  Room: big, nice garden view. Restaurant: The dinner buffet's food was good, tasty and mainly local cuisine. The raw vegetables were cut fairly recently before being put in the buffet. General: The installation and decorations of the hotel's lobby. The pool area. The kindness of all the cleaning staff and the waiters exclusively.

  Desperately needs a full renovation. Room: bathroom had a bathtub that you can not use. One of the mirrors was broken. Towels very old. Gym: Dirty; out of four cardio machines, none was functioning. Breakfast: 15 minutes queueing to get an Espresso coffee. (Only two coffee machines, one broken), all raw vegetables cut the night/day before. Cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes: mooshy, dry, flat. Breakfast felt like a factory cantine. Cleanliness: stained linen, table clothes, beach towels (you can see the salt marks from the previous guest). Reception staff: unreliable (they say "yes" so you leave); untrustworthy (when you ask about a paid service and you are not an arabic speaking guest, like taxi, transfer or excursion, the staff directly switches to Arabic in front of you and talks pricing with a colleague. No pricing list, just Arabic conversation and then they tell you a number. Very shady attitude); Before checking, when you call from your country to the hotel to ask for information, the call goes directly to a switch board then it is send to a staffer whom let it ring a few times then hang-up. In my case on my 5 attempts, each previous 4 were charge 4 euros. If you're too busy to answer, be mindful of your future guests. Email contacts are also very hard to achieve. Facebook seems to work better.

  Grand complexe hôtelier en bord de mer avec piscine, animations pour ceux qui le désirent. Personnel absolument charmant. Les buffets petit-déjeuner et diner sont vraiment variés

  En basse saison, c'est parfait mais si vous cherchez la tranquillité, la haute saison doit être éprouvante!!

  Je n'y retournerai pas

  Très belle décoration raffinée et originale (datant probablement de l'époque de l'ancien exploitant). Personnel globalement aimable (sauf le monsieur qui s'est chargé de nous enregistrer à la réception) et efficace

  Pour le prix payé, j'aurais aimé pouvoir profiter de la piscine couverte gratuitement (elle était gratuite lors de mon précédent passage. Pourquoi la rendre payante en octobre alors que la météo est mitigée et que l'hôtel est excentré empêchant toute autre activité). Petit déjeuner moyen. Serveur du restaurant à l'affût du pourboir. J'ai demandé lors de la réservation une chambre avec deux lits séparés, on m'en a attribué une avec un seul grand lit. Personnellement, je trouve que le rapport qualité/prix n'y est plus. Je n'y retournerai pas.
