    The location is spectacular & the views are amazing. The company that manages is also super responsive and always helpful. For kids it's also great, two playgrounds directly next to the building.

    The internet was pretty poor - around 30 Mbps on it's good day, often dropping in speed to 3-4Mbps, and frequently dropping packets to the tune of 10% which makes it pretty much unusable at times. Another downside - cleanliness. It was cleaned up as much as it could be by the cleaning staff, but the main table (metal, like a corroded bronze) with a glass top had small gaps between the frame and the glass, so you could see what the previous tenants have had for dinner, and it's pretty much impossible to keep clean. AC could be maintained better, one of the units had visible mold in it.
