  Pagar un apartamento de “lujo” sucio

  Falta de higiene total. A la hora de dormir nos dimos cuenta que las sábanas estaban sucias: con manchas de sudor y a saber que más, a parte del mal olor. Tuvimos que quitarlas y poner encima unas toallas de playa. A parte de eso el baño también estaba sucio, lleno de moho. Mejor dicho, el apartamento estaba sucio. En la cocina había varias cosas estropeadas, al igual que el termo del baño. Nadie solucionó nada ni nos contactaron luego, por eso cuelgo las fotos y las conversaciones.

  Una estancia normal,antigua,hace tu servicio

  Las terrazas

  El termo de agua para duchar, es muy pequeño unos 40 litros , para familias de 3 personas te quedas corto si tienes que ducharte el pelo si lo tienes largo, duchas muy exprés y luego esperas un poco para que se caliente, lo bueno que se calienta rápido .

  A very lovely holiday home in an excellent location for exploring Gran Canaria.

  Great location… transport links are excellent. Perfect base to explore the island from. Close to beach and lots of local facilities. Apartment really clean and well maintained and equipped. Bed is comfortable ( memory foam type mattress). Very light and airy. Lots of storage and two very private balconies. WiFi easy to access and fast. I had no connection issues during my stay. Block feels very safe and management company check in by text regularly and keen to be of service…. Encouraged feedback and suggestions and took these on board.

  Unfortunately, on arrival, the lifts can only be accessed from the first floor… there is a key in the room to operate the lift from the ground floor.. but as a solo traveller, I had to haul my suitcase up to the first floor before I could get the lift to the sixth floor and enter the apartment. I did ask the management team if I could possibly leave the key at reception on leaving so I could take my luggage in the lift to the ground floor when leaving… they did check and unfortunately this isn’t an option. Reception isn’t overtly manned. So all communication is via text or phone to the management team. They do respond very quickly though. Despite this, I would still return because my overall experience was very positive.. this isn’t a property for anyone with mobility or dependency needs though.
