Vous recherchez un hôtel avec de la moisissure ? C’est ici !
Pas grand chose… malheureusement.
Quelle déception… Nous avons bénéficié d’un surclassement de chambre via Booking. À notre arrivée, sans même nous demander nos noms, nous avons été conduits en précipitation dans notre chambre, située au dernier étage et dotée d’un toit en chaume : un véritable nid à insectes et à poussière. Aucune isolation, avec l’impression de dormir dehors ! Il y avait un trou dans le toit et, lorsqu’il a plu, l’eau s’est infiltrée par le plafond. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et avons eu droit, pour les trois nuits suivantes, à de la moisissure, des draps humides et de la saleté… La réceptionniste était très peu aimable lorsque nous lui avons demandé de nouvelles serviettes sèches. Aucun équipement, aucun espace de rangement. Cet hôtel ne vaut absolument pas son prix. Il a littéralement gâché notre séjour à Bacalar.

Loved it
It’s not too small and not too big. But the best part about the hotel are the people working there: they are really nice and welcoming and help you out in any way possible.
The rooms could be a tiny bit bigger and the shower was a misterium to me. It was either really hot or not hot at all.

Hotel agradable y tranquilo
Es un hotel tranquilo y agradable. La habitación es cómoda y el personal atento. El desayuno no está mal, aunque poco variado. La piscina está bastante bien para pasar un rato agradable, aunque hay poca zona para tumbarse a la sombra. Está a poca distancia del centro. El personal muy atento, puedes comunicarte fácilmente por Whatsapp con ellos y que te gestionen taxis.
Tal vez daría más variedad al desayuno y podría alguna sombrilla en la zona de la piscina.
