位置非常不错，附近就是共和国广场、歌剧院、大阶梯等景点，步行即可到达。公寓边上的蔬果店也很棒。最令人惊喜的是，有洗衣机和一个在柜子里的晾衣的架子，展开后可以晾很多衣服！！！

Everything was perfect. The location is very convenient for visiting the centre of Yerevan. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need.
During the night, you can hear the metro passing by. It didn't bother us.

I like the location and the communication with the host was perfect. We had a problem with our flight and we spoke buy telephone without any problems. Even for his payment he didn't press me..

Хороший ремонт и площадь апартамента. Приветливый хозяин. Отличное расположение. Чистое бельё. Быстро вышли на связи и заселились.
Руководствуясь оценками на букинге выбран данный апартамент, абсолютно не понятно откуда так много хороший оценок. Хозяин сокрыл самые важные факты в описании апартаментов о которых узнали уже по факту заезда. Во первых, в этом доме на первом этаже было один или два магазина. Шум когда какая то тележка в магазине каталась была сравнима с раскатом грома. Во вторых, отсутствие шумоизоляции крыши как таковой. Просто железный настил крыши и монтажная пена под ней. Две ночи лил дождь - было невозможно уснуть из за того что очень громко капли были по крыше. И как бонус - фонарь на улице ночью светил прямо в окна квартиры. По итогу днем было невозможно отдохнуть и поспать из за шума магазина, ночью из за фонаря и шума дождя/птиц/каких то падающих элементов с дерева. Беруши и ночная маска выручали но это было не комфортно. На третью ночь было принято решение сменить отель.
