    Good value for money and a spacious apartment, but cleanliness, hot water, and some basic amenities

    For this price range, the 3-bedroom apartment was a great choice. All rooms had air conditioning, the kitchen was well-equipped, the Wi-Fi connection was good, and the bathroom was spacious. It’s not very close to the beach, but it’s within a 10–15 minute walk of bars and a bus stop. There is also a supermarket nearby. Early check-in was possible.

    For 6 people, having only one bathroom was not enough, and there was not enough hot water for everyone, so the water would become cold and we had to take turns. There was also only one mirror in the apartment, which was inconvenient for 6 people. There was only one key in the key lockbox, which was also not enough for a group of 6 people. There was a specific smell in the apartment, and some areas were not properly cleaned. For example, the area around the washing machine was quite dirty and untidy. Ants also appeared in the kitchen if any food was left out. The balcony was not properly cleaned either. The iron was leaking water, which made ironing difficult. The apartment also had strict noise rules. We were informed that noise was not allowed during certain morning and evening hours, and excessive noise during the day could potentially result in eviction without compensation. While we understood and accepted the rules, it was disappointing that these rules did not seem to be applied consistently, as there was considerable noise from the surrounding area and even construction work in the morning. I should mention that I did not contact the host regarding these issues because this is a self-check-in apartment and there is no reception or front desk.
