    Der große Kühlschrank arbeitet gut, die Matratze ist auch für deutsche Verhältnisse bequem. INTERNET ist ausreichend schnell. Die schnelle Reaktion der Vermieterin bei Problemen.

    Aus dem Wasserhahn tropft es nur , sonntags "grüßt" der Muezin , kein Parkplatz vorhanden, das Bett ist nur für Pinoys, langer Stromausfall. Geschirr musste erst eimal gereingt werden. Im Schlafzimmer ist es recht heiss durch fehlende Wärmeisolierung der Fenster. Die Treppenstufen sind lebensgefährlich weil viel zu hoch. Außen stinkt es nach Katzenpisse.
