    La ubicación y el precio. Agradable detalle el té y los cafés. Las luces y el ventilador de la terraza.

    Faltan algunos detalles como más colgadores para las toallas y más cubiertos. El acceso a la terraza por parte de terceros debe evitarse mediante una barrera física que no sea quitar una hoja de la reja de la puerta de la terraza y colocarla tirada en el hueco del paso que hay desde el rellano de la escalera. Convendría tapar con más gracia las chimeneas de las cocinas de los locales de planta baja que aparecen en la terraza. Faltaría una buena mesa en el apartamento para comer y desayunar en caso de que no se pudiera utilizar la terraza por lluvias.
