  The Apartment itself and the location is quite nce. There is a really good restaurant just around the corner and the view is very stunning.

  The Apartment wasn‘t really clean, there was a lot of dust in the corners, cobwebs in the ceiling and dirty walls. Especially the kitchen was disappointing because of greasy dishes and a single dirty pan. In general all the equipment is a little bit worn-out. The communication with the apartment administration was also strange and difficult. E.g. using the in the description mentioned jacuzzy.

  The apartment itself was okay and suitable for a short stay. The location was quiet and the accommodation had some nice features, such as the jacuzzi.

  Unfortunately, there were several issues that made our stay much less enjoyable. Our original booking was accidentally cancelled, so in the rush we made a new booking, which ended up being for one extra night. We immediately tried to change this back by one night. The accommodation told us to arrange this through Booking.com. Booking.com was very helpful and contacted the accommodation by email, but the accommodation never responded. We also called and messaged them ourselves several times. Every time we were told, “We’ll look into it,” but in the end nothing was done and we were simply told that we had booked until that date. This was very disappointing and felt like we were being given false promises. The road to the apartment is extremely narrow, which is not clearly mentioned on Booking.com. Our car only just fit through, and the alternative route felt too dangerous to drive. This is important information that guests should know in advance. There is also a jacuzzi, but there are no clear instructions about how or when you are allowed to use it. When we asked about it, we were told to look in the guest book, but the information wasn’t there either. Our apartment was small and had no air conditioning. We also couldn’t use the oven because switching it on immediately caused the power to trip. This also resulted in us losing the hot water. The accommodation arranged for a technician to come, which we appreciated, but when we called to ask whether we needed to be present, we were told that it would be “convenient” if we were. We were on holiday and didn’t feel it was reasonable to spend an entire day waiting in the apartment for a technician. The technician eventually couldn’t fix the problem. We were then offered the apartment upstairs, which we only used to be able to take a shower. The next day, we had to return the key in a hurry because the apartment needed to be cleaned for the next guests.
