    Basic facilities

    The rooms are a good size and free parking.

    During our trip we stayed at 7 different hotels and sadly, this was our least favourite. Whilst the rooms are a good size, they are incredibly basic and we found the room verybwarm at night with no fan or working air conditioning. Check-in is not until 5pm and we initially arrived earlier but could not find staff around to see if we could leave our luggage at the hotel whilst we went off to explore Riva del Garda. Everytime I walked around the room, I had bits of my feet so I wouldn't say it was the cleanest either. It isn't located that close to the lake, which we knew upon booking but it really is quite a walk, especially being mostly up hill on the return. Breakfast was basic and the scrambled eggs looked like they had been there for a good couple of hours by the time we came down for breakfast at 9am. We didn't eat at the restaurant so can't comment on that.
