    Modern, country retreat with excellent food

    A beautifully manicured country retreat, in the hills outside Rome, which had an open vista of the mountains in the distance. I was impressed with the quality of the food served in their restaurant. It was interesting, innovative and delicious. It’s worth spending a little extra for the larger room ( quadruple) with its more private terrace, large, opening, picture window overlooking the pool and a fabulous view of the hills behind.
