Excellent, great find, highly recommended.
A magnificent Italian villa in the hills above Bologna. The views were spectacular, set in a true rural country setting. The hosts were very friendly and provided excellent home cooking with generous portions for both dinner and breakfast. We highly recommend this as stop over for anyone looking for great accommodation in the Bologna/Modena region. We will definitely return on our next northern Italian holiday.

La colazione è stata meravigliosa. Il posto è stupendo, la piscina esterna ben tenuta e c'è un bel parco giochi. Abbiamo usufruito anche del loro ristorante primi piatti buoni ed abbondanti.

Tolle Location mit leckerem Essen und superfreundlichem Personal
Alle, die dort arbeiten, sind sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Das Frühstück mit selbst hergestellter Marmelade war toll, für den "süßen Zahn" war alles vorhanden. Wer es lieber "deftig" am Morgen mag, dem wird etwas fehlen. Das Frühstück wird am Tag vorher in Art und Menge für den nächsten Tag vorbestellt und steht morgens bereits auf dem Tisch im Hauptgebäude, wenn man kommt. Außer der Kaffee, der wird natürlich ganz frisch zubereitet und schmeckt super. Die Aussicht von dem Hügel ist wirklich klasse. Am Pool kann man gut entspannen und unter dem Schirm den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lassen. Für das Abendessen kann man sich anmelden und bekommt selbst hergestelltes Essen, das richtig lecker ist.
Die letzten 500 m zur Unterkunft über Schotterpiste mit tiefen Schlaglöchern sind nur für SUVs keine Herausforderung.

Posizione molto bella, super tranquilla con bellissima vista sulle colline. Appartamento nuovo e pulito, con aria condizionata e tutto l'occorrente per il soggiorno. Piscina pulita, con lettini e ombrelloni e giochi per bimbi adiacenti. Forse migliorerei un filo l'offerta della colazione, comprendo che far scegliere la sera prima sia un modo per evitare gli sprechi, ma sulla colazione avrei preferito poter scegliere la mattina tra prodotti freschi fatti in casa, magari anche pochi ma selezionati. Ma davvero unico appunto, posto bellissimo, in cui torneremo sicuramente,
La strada per arrivare su non è bellissima, niente di infattibile ma forse andrebbe segnalato
