    Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen!

    Die Unterkunft liegt in einer traumhaften Lage. Das Zimmre war super, es war sauber und die Aussicht war der Hammer die Landschaft die Berge. Wir wurden von der Familie Schaller sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und haben viele wertvolle Tipps von Herrn Schaller für unseren Urlaub erhalten. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet frisch und aus eigenen hergestellten Produkten.

    A very good option for visiting this lovely area

    The breakfast was substantial and excellent, with lots of home-made items. The bread, eggs, butter and milk were exceptionally tasty. The views from our room and the breakfast area were superb. It was only a short drive to many beautiful locations for hiking and some trails were located adjacent to the property itself. We appreciated the availability of local wine in the cooler at a good price. The guesthouse website was excellent with lots of very useful information and they also had some free maps available, which had trails marked on them.

    The woods around the property were full of excellent edible mushrooms (sheep polypore and puffballs for example) , and I was a little surprised that the local cuisine did not feature them. It was a little inconvenient to have to drive somewhere to eat every evening, as it meant the driver could not enjoy any wine or beer with the meal. Access to the kitchen to cook meals would have been very much appreciated. The instructions to get there could do with a more detailed written explanation as the sat nav took us only a short way along Via Freins before announcing we had arrived. I tried phoning the guesthouse but unfortunately we did not have a common language for good communication. We got there in the end but it could have been less fraught.
