    Fiaba e realtà

    Salendo nel bosco, dal rinomato ristorante, si entra nel regno dell'infanzia e delle fiabe: da quanti libri illustrati o documentari non vi imbattevate in porcellini saltellanti, mucche alla mangiatoia, galline placide e sospese fra caldo e penombra..ve- gliate da un impettito gallo? L'anziano cagnone "Virgilio" (da noi battezzato), ancora forte come un Leone, di giorno e di notte ci ha sempre accompagnato alla nostra casetta di pietra, in cima al bosco, fra vigna, poi breve salita, fra sugheri incantati ed ampie rossastre corteccie accastate sulla soglia del bosco, prima della recinzione venatoria. Poi, appena giunti alla porta, Virgilio/Leone ci scrutava, soddisfatto, tornando rapido indietro. Dove mai avviene questo, se non in una fiaba? Più a valle, dietro le perfette casette di pietra, si può nuotare in una fresca piscinetta circondata dagli alberi, prima di deliziare il palato con cibi e vini squisiti. Gianfranco Serra, sua figlia e una meticolosa equipe professionale conducono l'azienda da decenni, sospesi nel tempo, fra libri fotografici che raccontano la fascinosa storia del territorio, antichi telai, stelle che incorniciano il silenzio notturno delle notti d'estate. Con Tempio ed Aggius a un tiro di sguardo, perpetue promesse di bellezza. Venite al "Muto di Gallura", se volete ascoltare i racconti di Gianfranco Serra, chiudere gli occhi nella assoluta quiete, incontrare le creature fatate di Grimm, Andersen e Perrault, ma anche le Janas cantate da Sebastiano Satta e Grazia Deledda. Ma, soprattutto, -nel tempo frenetico...che finalmente torna al ritmo del carro-, "se volete ritrovare voi stessi".

    Charming place with wholesome food and wonderful views

    The views from the restaurant were amazing. We had done great meals. The whole place had great charm and a bonus to have the pool
