  rigenerante

  uno splendido casale in una posizione unica in mezzo alle colline marchigiane. le camere sono tutte comode, con una area esterna esclusiva ed attrezzate con cucina. c'è inoltre una splendida area comune dotata di una cucina fornita di ogni cosa, una veranda vista piscina e un grande salone, tutto arredato con stile e gusto. un paradiso.

  La maison Le cadre Le paysage La piscine La tranquillité Tout était parfait 👌 Un lieu assez exceptionnel ❤️ Allez y 😉

  La route pour y accéder 😅 Et p’tit bémol … les moustiques et les guêpes au bord de la piscine 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷‍♀️

  Everything was gorgeous.

  Beautiful old farmhouse developed into really comfortable and stylish accommodation with a big swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful host. Lovely breakfast. The location is spectacular and worth the drive up a tricky road.

  Driving on the last bit of the road was bumpy.

  A slightly chilly start - but warmed up to the house both physically and metaphorically...

  The house is in a stunning hilltop location, 3km along a Strada Bianca, that is well maintained and easy to navigate in a regular car. The farmhouse house felt a little like it was waking up from winter hibernation when we arrived, as the rooms were chilly and a little damp and the lighting a bit sparse. Once we had the heating on overnight and the sun came out, this resolved itself. We were fortunate that the huge pool was open for business and although still cool (it was mid May - so fair go!) it is beautifully maintained and has a stunning vista of the surrounding hills and mountains. Our host Matteo was there to greet us and was always helpful, even though he doesn't live on site. Matteo also provided a wonderful homemade cake and delicious white wine as a welcoming gift - which was much appreciated.or Most of the time we felt like we had the place and pool to ourselves, although there were other guests staying. The apartment kitchen was well equipped and the huge communal kitchen is a real bonus. There is also lots of communal living space - although it all seemed just a touch cavernous and cold to completely relax in.

  The lighting and somewhere slightly more warm and cosy to sit in the evenings. The apartment could have done with some comfy lounging chairs, rather than just the sofa bed. The apartment felt very cold and damp when we arrived which was a bit off-putting. The underfloor heating worked well but it took a while to kick in and the dampness meant the bathroom door was virtually impossible to shut. I imagine as summer kicks in, this wouldn't be such an issue though
