    The location is perfect for visiting the walled city of Montepulciano. The property offers a free shuttle service to and from the walled city so no need to locate parking or risk ZTL. However, it is also close enough to walk. If you do not mind walking uphill to the walled city. Agriturismo Nobile family are exceptionally accommodating to guest schedules. They also offer breakfast and dinner. Wine and olive oil from the property is available. The property is in a spectacular setting. Olive trees brimming with black olives. Vineyard, already picked for the season, with some remaining grapes. Beautiful, serene. Andrea and his son Alberto are friendly, helpful and speak excellent English. They are also always available on the property. There is a self service laundry room with 2 washers and a dryer-free of charge. We stayed in the stand alone house in the back of the property. It was quiet and lovely. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, beautiful country Italian style home. A/C and heating. The view cannot be imagined. So lovely. Very good location if driving to other small towns and cities in Tuscany area. We got lost a few times and the small detours were worth it. The scenery is indescribable.

    Loved everything! So much more lovely than online images. Hot water and a/c were EXCELLENT.

    The perfect Tuscany experience!

    Andrea was an exceptional host. He was attentive and excellent with communication. Andrea is very proud of his establishment, as he should be! It is beautiful and everything is impeccable. Our accommodation was dreamy. We loved our patio with the views of Montepulciano on the hill. The food and wine is delicious here! Agriturismo Nobile is situated perfectly as a base for touring the many towns and sights in the area. We would absolutely stay here again!

    The location is perfect and the hospitality excellent. The restaurant is also outstanding. Having a shuttle to town is such a huge plus.

    My only complaint is the bed was a little hard for us
