Has potential.
The scenery, location
This hotel has potential. But the service does not match the quality of the scenery. Onsite tour was OK. Also- Rooms were refurbished, but bathroom counters are knee height… Half the room is very very dark with no lighting… Strange design. Not functional but lovely view if you're sitting outside on the terrace.

Hotel has potential - Needs some improvement - but great scenery.
The scenery, the location close to Modena but near vineyards. Close to a small charming little village.
The service is not at the same level as the scenery. Hospitality and attention to detail needs to be improved to take this hotel to the level it should be at. Also, redesigned rooms have bathroom sinks that are knee high. Odd. Rooms have nice terraces, but very dark in certain areas of rooms. Just a bad design overall for comfort.
