    pure happiness in an authentic Italian countryside setting

    This is a place truly filled with love and peace. From the accommodation, you get a direct, breathtaking view of Mount Etna's summit. Having traveled to Italy many times, I can say this home is exceptional—featuring wonderfully kind hosts, generous and delicious meals, and charming local cats. Excellent location as well: Mount Etna north tours, the Alcantara Gorge, Taormina, and downtown Catania are all within an hour's drive. We originally booked for 3 nights, but loved it so much that we extended our stay by 2 more nights, spending 5 wonderful days here in total. We stayed 3 nights in the classic main house and 2 nights in an independent unit with its own kitchen in the same courtyard—both were absolutely lovely. The yard is filled with pomegranate, almond, and plum trees. Strolling around the village, we even picked wild grapes, chestnuts, and walnuts. Before heading back home, we were able to fully recharge our batteries here. I truly consider this the absolute best place I have ever stayed at in all my travels. It’s raining today, so we plan to drop by Randazzo town to buy some meat and local wine to enjoy back at the house. While busy sightseeing has its own charm, relaxing like this is true happiness in an authentic countryside retreat.

    Mooie lokatie met een geweldige ontvangst en personeel!

    Heerlijk rustig met uitzicht op de Etna en ontzettend lieve, hartelijk en enthousiast personeel !

    De kamer was helemaal prima, het enige dat jammer was, was dat we sliepen in een metalen ledikant wat iedere beweging door gaf.
