    Prachtige locatie, hier en daar wat verbeterpunten op basis van hostmanship.

    Het huis en de omliggende grond was prachtig. Je ziet het oude Italië en het voelt heel romantisch aan. Het is wel belangrijk om met de auto te komen of om na te denken over alternatief vervoer, want er is niks in de omgeving. Het restaurant en de kwaliteit van het eten was boven verwachting. We hebben enorm lekker gegeten en genoten van de kwaliteit van de lunch en het avondeten. Het ontbijt is prima.

    Het personeel deed het minimum aan gastvrijheid. Ze deden niets fout, maar er was weinig hostmanship. Bij aankomst was er bijvoorbeeld weinig verwelkoming en een zeer praktische check-in. Kortom, ze deden hun werk, maar we vonden ze passief. Wel werd er veel moeite gedaan voor het regelen van huurfietsen, wat we op prijs stelden. Veel van onze verzoeken moesten we echter zelf actief achtervolgen, en er werd niet bij ons ingecheckt over hoe ons verblijf was en of ze nog iets voor ons konden betekenen.

    Grundsätzlich ein wunderschönes Anwesen. Das Hotel sollte aber an sich arbeiten und einige Verbesserungen anstreben

    Atmosphäre, Pool

    Ameisen, Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert, kein WLAN auf dem Zimmer, Pool war die ersten Tage geschlossen, Personal eher desinteressiert, Abendmenü gab es nur Montags bis Mittwochs, was aus der vorab gesendeten E-Mail nicht hervorging.
