Un angolo di paradiso
Vacanza splendida. La tenuta è un angolo di paradiso, immersa nel verde e nel silenzio, ideale per momenti di assoluto relax. In più i titolari e personale sono persone squisite, gentili e disponibili al 100%. La posizione poi è l’ideale per spostarsi e visitare le meraviglie dell’Umbria. Se potete andate al ristorante, il cibo è squisito e per chi è vegano come me sono super disponibili a proporre alternative. Mia moglie, il nostro cane Pippo e io ci sismo innamorati. Ci rivedremo di sicuro.

The property is well-manicured with a great view, and via Strada del Lapone, it had relatively easy access to Orvieto and other towns in the region. Dinner was excellent on the two nights we were able to enjoy it there. On our first night, our travel delays meant we missed the dinner service, but the hotel kindly offered to prepare something and left it in our room for when we arrived (a nice touch, but we didn’t take them up on it). The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff also helped with laundry, which was returned the next day, and gave us a bottle of their wine at checkout.
The property didn't inform us of the activities available to book — including truffle hunting, a vineyard tour, a guided tour of Orvieto, and a yoga class — until we noticed a brochure in our room after arrival, and staff weren't able to help us book anything once we asked. The owner's two dogs were often outside off-leash, barking loudly at guests on at least two occasions during our stay. Pool towels cost extra, and the tennis court wasn't mentioned as an amenity at check-in. Breakfast was inconsistent: the first morning had day-old pastries and no egg dishes, while the last two mornings offered fresher pastries and egg-based options. Dining outside in the evening was also unpleasant due to a heavy bug presence.
