Terrible, I could have used my money to book elsewhere and had a wonderful rest

The breakfast was not offered, the service was poor and the staff was appalling. The room itself was satisfactory, in terms of the actual premises, there was nothing wrong with it. The staff however, was not professional, not helpful and an overall not good experience. I definitely would not be coming back to them again.

The staff service and the services they profess to offer, they must offer...

We don't see our selves returning there again for business .

    Cant really say!

The lady who we requested for assistance was not welcoming needless to mention her tone when answering our questions was very rude and abrupt. One would swear we stole her money or her joy from her. There was no need to be so mean and unfriendly so early in the morning. The room we were in had a broken tap we had to maneuver the basin tap in order to brush our teeth.
