Mooie locatie, prachtig gebied, veel wildlife en toffe boottocht. Paardrijden niet aan te raden.
De locatie was schitterend. Aan de tuin is een steiger, waar prachtige zonsopgangen en -ondergangen te bewonderen zijn. De door hen georganiseerde boottocht was geweldig; veel krokodillen en capibara's gezien, veel vogels op een rustige en ontspannen manier. Het domein is heel mooi.
Er werd enkel Spaans gesproken, geen woordje Engels. Dat zou wel helpen wel bij communicatie met non-native speakers. We boekten een paardrijtocht, maar onderbraken die na 20 minuten wegens te onveilig. We kregen geen tips over het paardrijden, geen uitleg en zelfs geen gedag van de zeer jonge begeleider. Na 20 minuten viel mijn echtgenoot bijna van zijn paard door te weinig begeleiding. Hij hield er enkele snijwonden aan over. We onderbraken zelf onmiddellijk de tocht. Dit is ongehoord!

We had a wonderful stay at Aguape Lodge, and we would like to thank Cesar and Mateo for welcoming us with such kindness and hospitality. The lodge was close to nature, peaceful, and very well maintained. In addition, the food was delicious. With Nico as our guide, we experienced unforgettable wildlife and nature adventures. Overall, our stay exceeded all our expectations.
