    This apartment is highly not recommended.

    The location is great.

    The facility is very dirty and in poor condition; there is dust everywhere, dirt on the sink, the toilet bowl is yellow with hair, the lamps are dusty, there is dried gum on the table, the blinds have spots, and the kitchen utensils are greasy and in poor condition. Cracks on the walls, multiple damaged areas. The walls are dirty and damaged, and the skirting boards are broken in several places. The bathroom faucet is visibly in poor condition, as is the shower. Parking and city tax are not included in the price. This apartment is highly not recommended.

    very nice apartment with brand new furniture. Separate living room and bedroom, great balcony. Beautiful bathroom and toilet. Good location, walkable distance from downtown. Everything is automated, totally 22nd century:) Gate opens on phonecall, door opens with code, parking fee paid via app.

    It's not a real problem, just an interesting fact: there is no air conditioning, nor mosquito net on the windows. In summer we like to sleep with open windows. Luckily there were no insects at all, and temperature inside the flat was cool enough. A coffee machine would be a nice extra!
