    It was not an uncomfortable visit, but I may choose an alternative the next time.

    Room was very comforrable. Breakfast was good.

    The checkin experience and general attitude from staff was very dissapointing. On departure, the lift did not reach the 16th floor after waiting more than 5 minutes. I made the bad mistake of walking 16 floors down the fire mistake, but no real apology from reception or incentive to rectify the technical problems.
