Should be really nice location in Winter. Clean, good beds, good kitchen.

In Summer there is nothing to do there and no possibilities to reach anything by foot, basically need 15+min by car to go anywhere. Garage parking is really narrow, don't go there with a bigger car, almost impossible to park. No toaster. Not so good sound isolation.
