    Lovely two night stay

Perfect location for access to Darling Harbour and surrounds. Amenities in the room were amazing and very high-quality very well thought out and the space was used very well. Staff were lovely and welcoming.

We couldn’t check in till about 15 minutes past our check-in time. Which of all the travel we’ve done that very rarely ever happens.

    Location

Room size was significantly smaller than advertised. Room sold as 14m2 but measured 11m2 and establishment not willing to address the issue.

    Check in after 10 pm

Nency, night manager, was so welcoming, almost in the middle of the night. We just exchanged short messages, and she was waiting for us. We had wonderful conversation, and we felt like at home.
