Lovely relaxing short break away . Handy for visiting York & we went to Filey beach . Allerthorpe woods excellent fo

Excellent location , spacious , very well equipped . Comfortable beds , nice bathrooms , hot tub very nice .

Nothing that we didn’t like . Only thing when we arrived , cleaners had left the ashtray full outside & took us a while to find the television remote it was tucked under the soda cushions . So cleaners hadn’t cleaned the sofa .

Lovely location, good facilities and a lovely lodge.

On arrival the property wasn’t clean in the living room, there were crumbs all over the floor and it was like the kitchen/living room area hadn’t been hoovered, the bedrooms however were clean.
