Situated in quiet area. Friendliness of proprietor. The problems we experienced we put down to a funny experience.

Missing or broken items. No iron available. Bottom of mattress fallen to floor. Both bedlamps had broken shades. Towel Rail over wash basin fractured and in process of falling off. Only one cup supplied. Half eaten ice cream left in fridge. Whole description in promotion does not correspond to actual. Breakfast was not offered. Price seemed excessive for what was available.

We had a pleasant stay and would come back any time

The location was close to the beach and major places for food entertainment

Parking was a bit sparse on the property
