    Väldigt bra service, personalen är guld. Personalen är tillmötesgående och hjälper med allt du behöver för en bra vistelse.Lugnt och avkopplande att bo på Airis.Poolen i vilan var fräsch och stor.. Frukosten var bra

    Ligger lite avsides från huvudvägen, men inga konstigheter att nå dit med scooter eller taxi

    Airis is not so luxury or relaxing

    The view from the resort is fantastic. The staff at the restaurant were a pleasure to deal with. The villa bedroom, bed and pillows were like a cloud to sleep on.

    A reception staff member. One young lady never smiled and was not friendly. She was not unfriendly, but when you asked for something, she never followed up with a small request and I felt like she disliked her job, or me. The resort has many rules and you will get fined for not following rules. I was not personally fined, but if you leave food on your plate at breakfast, it will cost you, for example. Breakfast was average. The dinner menu is similar to take away food. Pizza,pasta and some Indonesian options. My Indonesian partner had the Nasi Goreng and said it was not good. The villa decking was lifting making it a trip hazard and the nails on the decking were sticking out. You needed shoes to walk around. In short, the villa pictures well, but does not live up to its pictures

    Decent amenities , strict policies everywhere that do not allow you to feel comfortable

    Penalty if we do not eat our breakfast ? Really ?
