    Schönes Hotel nah zum Ätna. Nicht geeignet für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität

    Eigener abgeschlossener Parkplatz, schöner Garten mit Pool, schöne Aussicht von der Gartenterrasse

    Großes Frühstücksbuffet mit wenig frischem Angebot, Handtücher vom Pool nur gegen Aufpreis, Freundlichkeit des Personal durchwachsen, teures Dreibettzimmer gebucht und günstigeres Zweibettzimmer erhalten - trotz Reklamation kein Ausgleich erhalten

    Boring & overpriced

    The bed

    Overpriced, bad location, wi fi not available, had to pay extra for spa and shower cap even though we are guests at the hotel. No coffee in the room. Cold rooms. Pool was closed without any notice before booking.
