I was very impressed with the service! 😊 The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and they kindly assisted with our luggage. We were also given the option to choose our room and inspect it before checking in, which made us feel comfortable and confident about our stay. The attention to detail and excellent customer service were truly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again! ❤️
Unfortunately, there were mosquitoes in the room, and their bites disturbed my sleep. I hope the hotel can improve its mosquito control to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests.
