  Location near the airport is what we were looking for travelling with full family. Surprisingly bareble temperature in the hot day.

  We booked this stay 8 months in advance because we were travelling with a 1-year-old and a 6-year-old and needed accommodation close to the airport. Due to a large concert nearby, the price increased to around €400 per night—more than double what this accommodation would normally cost. While I understand that prices can increase during major events, the quality of the accommodation did not justify the rate we paid. The apartment had several issues: * No wall windows and no blackout blinds on the Velux windows, which made it unsuitable for a family with young children. * The floor was dirty on arrival, and I had to mop it myself. * After paying such a high nightly rate, we were still charged extra for parking and our dog. Breakfast was an additional €120 for our family, which we decided not to book. Overall, the experience did not provide value for the price we paid. Higher prices during periods of high demand are understandable, but I would expect the quality, cleanliness, and included services to match the premium rate.

  Die nahe Lage zum Open Air Park.

  Für 4 Personen eher ungeeignet, da die ausgewiesenen 2 Zimmer keine 2 Zimmer waren. Ein abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer und 2 Betten in den Vorsaal/Küche/Wohnzimmer gestellt. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. In jeder Ecke Spinnweben und 20 Spinnen noch dazu. Der Fußboden war nicht gewischt... ich hatte mein Tshirt fallen lassen und sofort war alles voller Flusen. Bettwäsche wirkte auch nicht frisch bezogen, roch sehr muffig. Im Küchenschrank offene Packungen mit Lebensmitteln. Es wirkte im Grunde alles etwas ungepflegt und vernachlässigt. Für 1-2 Nächte kann man es aushalten. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist es leider nicht zu empfehlen.

  One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hospitality property. The accommodation was advertised as a two-bedroom apartment, but one of the supposed bedrooms was actually a converted kitchen. As soon as we arrived, it was clear that the description did not match reality. The cleanliness was far below expectations: visible dust in several areas of the apartment, a persistent smell of smoke despite the property being advertised as non-smoking, and an overall sense of poor maintenance. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, some of the furniture was damaged or broken, and we even found spiders inside the accommodation. Overall, the property appeared neglected, poorly managed, and far below the minimum standards one would expect for this price range. Considering the amount charged, the condition of the accommodation was frankly unacceptable and gave the impression of a complete lack of care for guests. The most serious issue, however, was the attitude of the owners. I tried several times to find a reasonable solution with them, even proposing a compromise, but they showed no willingness to cooperate. Although I left the property after only the second night, no refund was offered. I would have accepted even a partial refund, but there was no openness to discussion. After spending approximately €3,000, we were forced to leave the property and book another hotel. It is rare for me to leave negative reviews—in fact, I have never written one this harsh—but in this case I feel obliged to warn other travellers. The gap between what was promised, what was paid for, and what was actually delivered was simply unacceptable. Not recommended. Così sembra scritta da un cliente deluso ma razionale.
