    We loved this apartment and location. The view was sensational with a lovely host and great cleaner

    The location, the hot tub, the apartment and the cleaner Elena just lovely

    The hand basin in the bathroom of second bedroom is no longer attached to the bench and needs repairing.

    The apartment itself was great: comfortable, well located and as described. With better communication and hospitality, this could easily be a great stay.

    Unfortunately, the host’s communication let the stay down. Our ferry was delayed by strong winds, which is common in Greece and something the host was aware of. When we arrived at 1am, though, we had no instructions for getting into the apartment and had to phone him to find out how to enter. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and hotels and haven’t had such a cold welcome before. At check-out he had offered to help with bag storage, but he didn’t respond that morning until we called again. He then asked us to leave our luggage outside on the stairs, which anyone could access. He assured us cameras were in place, and in the end it was fine, but clear arrangements agreed in advance would have been much better.

    Absolutely incredible views of the volcanic islands from the balcony and bedroom. It’s just the most beautiful location.
