Ļoti jauks, tīrs, ērts un plašs dzīvoklis. Par visu padomāts. No balkona skaists skats uz upi. Minūtes gājiena attālumā veikals. Praktiski viss ērti sasniedzamā attālumā gan ar kājām, gan ar auto. Auto novietošana bezmaksas praktiski pie durvīm. Vislieliskākais pārsteigums bija kafijas automāts!
