The hotel entrance was a little hard to find, with no English signage, and the car park was a few minutes’ walk away. The staff had limited English, which made communication a bit difficult. However, overall, it was a pleasant stay. A nice touch was the complimentary unlimited beer, tea and ice cream near the onsen area until 7 pm. The room was clean, and both breakfast and dinner were good. One thing to watch out for if you’re tall: the room doorway is very low, and my husband hit his head hard twice, so be careful! We paid around AUD $800 for two adults for two nights, so it felt a bit overpriced for what the hotel offered.

    เรียวกังขนาดกลางๆพร้อมวิวน้ำตกในห้องของคุณ

Beautiful Onsen view and interesting property layout/gimmic

You need to park somewhere else (you can drop off stuffs and staff will lead you to the parking area and take you back hotel with van) This was the second time visiting. Staff still not get any better in English. And this time I got an old wing. Room was old, the path was badly smelled smoke (leaked from a smoke box). Comparing to the first visit, this time feel much more being ‘downed grade’

It’s worthed to stay for half-board onsen hotel.

The location is right next to the river. You can see it from every window. Private and public onsen are excellent.

The shower room has limited water, no hot water and not so strong. Instead it’s very good at onsen bathroom.
